The East Village Opera Company

There was a piece on The East Village Opera Company on NPR this morning, and they will be on "Day to Day" this afternoon. The music is traditional opera in its native language with a rock score, and catchy is not the right word. It's just fun to listen to. I might be making my first trip to Kalamazoo ever to see this live, since it doesn't appear they'll be in Detroit this year.
