After the picnic and playing, we headed down the street to the Franklin Cider Mill. It's tradition around here! They make their apple cider with a VERY old, water powered press.

I've always wanted to stop there as I passed it on my weird route to work so many times. I remember going to the mill at Greenfield Village and watching them make fresh cider. It's a bummer to think we probably won't be able to take Caitlin there. Cider is kind of a lost art out here.
