Shish Kabob

For Lauren's sensible dinner last night, we grilled a little chicken and a lot of vegetables. The onions were just grilled plain, the carrots I did in tin foil with salt, pepper and a little bit of olive oil, and the chicken was your basic Italian dressing marinade. It all came out great, we should probably do this more often.
