Regional transit center for Birminham-Troy to be discussed tonight

University of Michigan students are spending a year helping to turn the dream of a regional transportation center near the Birmingham-Troy border into a reality.
I think I might go to this meeting tonight. On the surface this is a great idea, especially a park-n-ride scenario to the airport. Gas down and parking anywhere decent are expensive at Metro, I would definitely use this service. Train service to DTW would be even better.

7:30 p.m. Birmingham Department of Public Services building, 851 South Eton.

Did you go? Give me the scoop...I'm totally looking forward to this, to be honest. I think we'd hit the D a lot more often.
