G.Dog, I think the recipe sounds fantastic, save for the salmon "HEAD". Seriously, almost threw up when I saw the pic. Which reminds me, N. used to pronounce salmon, "Sall-mon", which alway made me laugh, but I liked his take on the word a lot. "sto-mach" was another.Anyway, we love ethnic cuisine. My all time fav. is Ethiopean, I could eat it everyday of the week. I'm also big on the usuals, Indian, Thai,Korean,(of couse, Nihon no tabemono)...we did peruvian ince in SF, pretty good.
