A Ten Second Mango Lassi Cooking Video for YOU! :)
Hi friends! I was just playing around with the video feature on Instagram at lunch and made you this quick, little recipe video for Mango Lassi! It's kind of silly, but my first try. These mango and yogurt smoothies take ONE minute to make and are just delicious. I'm excited to share! In other news, I am currently working on mini-series installment #2, all about how being a people pleaser can really exhaust you, and easy tips on learning how to set boundaries with kindness and saying "no" with less guilt and fear. Also, there will be a spring/summer outfit post soon I hope! Once my hair became gray, I wanted to re-think my clothing color pallet. More of that fun stuff soon! As always, thank you from my for all of your readership, kindness and encouragement. You mean the world to me! Have a GREAT day!!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxo, Lauren

I just wanted to say that not everyone can pull off gray hair but I love the way you have embraced the gray! I think it works so well with you because for one, you have a pretty face and for two, you still actually style your hair! Growing up there were three kinds of gray hair I saw, short, curly and dark gray, or short curly and white, and then there was my least favorite which was shoulder lengthish and as straight and blah as it could get. At least the short and curly hair had some character to it, but still none of it was anything I ever wanted for myself. Ever! And to my horror, over the last 6 months or so I've found 5-7 gray hairs on my 28 yr old head that I've just been cutting as close to the scalp as I can. It terrifies me! I've had my hair blonde before and that washes out my face and complexion, even with all the pretty makeup colors and shades in the world, so I can only imagine that gray would make me look like a skeleton. I don't think gray hair will ever be a good look on me but I love the hope you give to anyone who is starting to go gray, and it really does look lovely on you.♡
Hi!!! Aw, thank you! That's so so nice of you.
When I was in my 20's and finding gray, it scared me too! I understand. :)
Maybe you'll just have those 5-7 and that's it for a long, long time.
As I started to become more and more gray and I had worsening allergic reactions to the hair dye, I had to stop coloring. I was SO scared! The thing is, what I amazingly have come to find these past few years....it's not as scary as I thought! I never thought this would happen! I thought it would be terrible and that I'd look so washed out, but it was ok! If you do go super gray like me and if you have to stop coloring, I hope you have a similarly good experience.
Thank you again for you nice words!!!

Lauren :)
