I mean blog. I would like to make homemade organic applesauce this month, because HOORAY! It's fall. Recently, I've made beet borscht soup, cucumber dill salad and stuffed cabbage. Also, chicken paprika with homemade spaetzle.
I enjoy cooking and being home, and sewing and having a tidy house. I've changed my mind in the past ten years, I don't think aspiring to the "domestic arts" is something that laughs in the face of feminism. I'd love a real career someday, but for now, I'm infinitely grateful for the opportunity to be a stay-at-home-Mom. I love what I do.
Beet Borscht and some cucumber and dill salad. Noah looks upset, but I think he was just deep in thought. It was one of those super hot August evenings.

You are so creative...I've been watching "Chopped" and ventured out and made some amazing fresh green beans the other day with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, cane sugar and italian seasoning. My girls LOVED them. :)
I love you.
If you need a recipe for quick & easy organic applesauce, let me know. I just came across a great crock pot recipe for it! I remember making applesauce in my hot pot when I was in college. I'd have people lining up at my door wondering what the delicious smell was. :o)
