We were in the midst of a speech therapy session with Cara, so unfortunately, no Kodak (or Canon) moments. But, Caitlin sat on my lap while we watched the swearing in. I hope she never forgets either.
My girls watched, too. I didn't vote for Obama, but I feel its important for my girls to understand what being an American is. So we watched, and we prayed for our new President. It was a good moment, and hopefully, a good memory for my girls.
