Geez, that's sad and grim...things sure aren't looking good for homebuyers.
And from the... "the glass is neither half full, nor half empty, but over-engineered department..." Talk about a buyer's market... almost 1 out of 2 homes in foreclosure... there are deals to be had my friends... deals to be had...
