Joe's Shanghai

I never did get around to writing about what I ate in NY a couple of weeks ago, so I'll post a few highlights now. George and Lady J took me to Joe's Shanghai, where we had this Winter Melon soup, Peking Duck, some dish with a lot of large prawns, and of course the soup dumplings they made famous.

Everything was pretty good, so it's tough to pick a standout, but the soup dumplings, which have hot liquid soup inside a dumpling are certainly a novelty, and the winter melon soup was delicious and filled with a lot of seafood.
