My nephew actually has the Elmo head t-shirt that you have on your list!
I saw the sling on your list - how is yours working out? I am absolutely in love with mine - wore it on our hike/walk today. Tyler does so well in it, too. There's a way you can wear them on your back - Maya slings' website has videos for how to do all the different things with the sling.
