Snack time


The D'Artagnan pate section in the Papa Joe's cheese bin.


What I bought - chicken and turkey livers with duck fat and truffles. Pork free! If you want the real deal foie gras (yellow label above) it's $47, and this tastes as good.


Could there be a better snack? I haven't found it. A slab of liver, some crackers, and a little wine to cut through all of that fat are entirely amazing. I recommend enjoying with the new Car and Driver.
