Glad to see that Detroit is starting to bounce back. Hopefully, the job and economic situation will turn around too, so that more people will come to, and stay in (and invest in), the area. I think the views from those lofts are going to be incredible!

I've been to the top of that building! It's crazy inside. It's like the Titanic, everyone just dropped everything and left.
