Since I was a little kid, I have loved playing McDonald's™®¥ Monopoly©£€.

We never won anything, because you have to eat a lot of McDonald's to actually collect all of the gamepieces you needed to win a sweet Mongoose BMX racer or an awesome Koss 2 Watt turntable/receiver combo or whatever it was they were giving away when we were ten.

In any case, I stopped by McDonalds today and on my Coke™©£€®¥ were two gamepieces,
Baltic Avenue and Pennsylvania Railroad. I am now in the running for an iPod/1,000 iTunes downloads (needed: Mediterranean Avenue) AND a sweet Alpine car audio deck with a Pioneer LCD video unit (needed: Reading, B&O and Shortline Railroads, respectively).

That's right, if I win it all, I have a legitimate claim toward being the most distracted driver in the country. Hopefully you need to be in Park to use all of that stuff, or else you all need to look out, because I'll be the one watching “Love American Style” on the in-dash monitor of my new Sprinter Van.

Hey - we don't eat at McD's much, but if I end up in there and get a gamepiece, I'll let you know what it is - if you need it I'll send it to you! I've never actually known someone who PLAYED that game!

Much like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the original, not the remake), I've switched from my usual lunch routine and now am eating exclusively at McD's just to play this stupid Monopoly game in search of winning whatever I can win.

I have all the game pieces, except for the ones I would consider "the winning pieces".

I know I'm not going to win, and yet, I still continue to go.

On the bright side, I've managed to accumulate $50 in Best Buy Bucks, so at least I'm getting something back.

Oh yeah, and not to mention I'm probably going to gain 5 lbs. from eating all these fries.

Stupid Monopoly.

I'm not concerned about the weight gain, I heard that if you get North Carolina, Pacific and Pennsylvania you win up to 35 lbs of lipo.
