This sounds so fabulous. When it comes to cooking with blueberries, compote and cheesecake top my list. We'll get into cheesecake in a second, but for now why not just envision yourself eating these pancakes and how fabulous they must be. I have a feeling I'm going to the Original Pancake tonight, this is making me hungry.
